Who are we looking for: We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Account Manager to join a high-performing sales team and drive revenue through integrated radio, digital and experiential advertising solutions. What will you do: Drive new business through proactive prospecting, networking and direct sales. Build and grow strong relationships with clients, agencies and key decision-makers.Sell integrated advertising solutions and develop tailored campaign proposals.Manage your portfolio, pipeline and campaigns from brief through to execution.Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.Identify new revenue opportunities through market, competitor and client research.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.Execute admin functions.What do you need: Experience in media/agency sales (preferably 3-4 years). A strong track record in new business development and closing deals.Confident communication, presentation and negotiation skills.Resilience, persistence and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.Strong client relationship-management skills.A proactive, self-starter mentality with a passion for winning and delivering results.Execute admin functions
