New Business Sales Rep

Fastway Couriers is on the look out for a new business Sales rep! Starting November/December 2026, this person needs to: ☑️Drive new business development and identify opportunities to grow Fastway’s client base. ☑️ Prospect, engage and build relationships with potential clients. ☑️ Communicate confidently and professionally with stakeholders across all levels of management. ☑️ Present Fastway’s courier and logistics solutions to prospective clients. ☑️ Manage the sales process from prospecting through to negotiation and closing. ☑️ Work independently to meet agreed sales targets and business development objectives. Skills required: You're the right fit if you have: ☑️ A proven track record in new business sales ☑️ Minimum 5 years’ sales experience ☑️ Courier, logistics or related industry experience advantageous ☑️ Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills ☑️ Own reliable vehicle ☑️ Ability to self-motivate, be organised and results-driven  ☑️ Comfortable communicating with all levels of management This position is open to all genders and races.
