- We are seeking a Marketing Representative to promote its property portfolio, generate qualified enquiries and help clients find properties that meet their needs. The role involves digital marketing, client follow-up, property viewings and coordination with the sales and property management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Market available residential and commercial properties through online listings, social media, WhatsApp and other suitable channels.
- Prepare clear, accurate property descriptions and keep listings, prices and availability up to date.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, then follow up with prospective tenants and buyers.
- Build relationships with clients, landlords, agents and referral partners.
- Track inquiries, viewings and leads, and provide regular updates on marketing activity and results.
- Support marketing campaigns, property events and other sales activities.
Requirements
- Sales experience and a proven ability to meet targets.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and campaigns.
- A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Good organisation and the ability to follow through on client enquiries.
