- Work with the lead generation and nurture executive and Head of Sales to improve enquiry response, qualification, reactivation and handovers. Use buyer feedback and lead-quality reviews to sharpen campaigns.
Performance

Community
Partnerships & community engagement
- Turn partnerships, events and referral opportunities into planned marketing activity, useful content, relevant enquiries and coordinated follow-up.
What success looks like
Suitable enquiries, trusted materials, a growing team
- Enquiries that Sales accepts and progresses towards visits. Better campaign-spend decisions backed by reliable tracking. Consistent publishing in a recognisable Green Heart voice. Accurate product information Sales trusts. A Marketing Assistant who grows in confidence and ownership. In your first 90 days: establish the baseline, address priority gaps and present an evidence-based plan for the next quarter.
Requirements
- Have at least five years of relevant marketing experience, with evidence of personally delivering campaigns and managing competing priorities.
- Have hands-on experience managing Google Ads and paid campaigns on Meta or LinkedIn — budgets, testing and conversion measurement included.
- Have directly managed and developed a junior team member, with concrete examples of coaching and constructive feedback.
- Write and edit strongly, and can spot inaccurate claims, generic messaging and weak AI-assisted copy.
- Know your way around WordPress, SEO, Google Analytics, Search Console and campaign tracking.
- Have used CRM and email marketing systems to support lead generation, segmentation and nurture.
- Can interpret results, make clear recommendations, coordinate suppliers and follow work through to completion.
- Are warm and approachable, enjoy coaching, listen carefully and give clear feedback with empathy — and are organised, dependable and curious enough to challenge weak results or inaccurate messaging tactfully.
