Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement monthly social media content calendars.
• Create, publish, and manage engaging content, including graphics, videos, reels, and stories.
• Manage the company’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and messages while maintaining a positive brand reputation.
• Drive audience growth, customer engagement, and brand visibility through organic and paid campaigns.
• Coordinate influencer partnerships and collaborate with content creators and the Brand & Creative team.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
• Manage WhatsApp Business catalogues, promotions, and customer communications.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams to support integrated marketing campaigns.
• Ensure all digital content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and communication standards.
• Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Proven experience managing business social media accounts and creating engaging digital content.
• Proficiency in content creation and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics, Google Business Profile, and digital performance reporting.
• Experience using social media management tools and coordinating influencer campaigns is an added advantage.
• Professional certification in Social Media Marketing or Content Marketing is desirable.
