Greenstone, Edenvale, Gauteng Word4Word Marketing is seeking an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager to join our team and manage the marketing portfolio of a leading regional shopping centre in Greenstone, Edenvale. This role is ideal for a strategic retail marketer with strong commercial acumen, excellent project management skills, and a passion for creating campaigns and initiatives that drive footfall, retailer engagement and measurable marketing results. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, implementation and management of all marketing, advertising, digital and public relations activities, including: Executing the approved marketing strategy and annual marketing plan.Managing the annual marketing budget.Planning and implementing promotions, competitions, events and sponsorships.Managing advertising campaigns across traditional and digital platforms.Overseeing all social media and digital marketing activities.Managing public relations initiatives and media opportunities.Building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, suppliers and key stakeholders.Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.Preparing monthly marketing reports and presentations.Managing all day-to-day marketing administration.Minimum RequirementsA relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field.A minimum of four years' marketing management experience, preferably within a shopping centre, retail or property marketing environment.Proven experience in shopping centre marketing and campaign implementation.Strong digital marketing and social media experience.Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.Experience managing budgets and integrated marketing campaigns.A valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.Personal Attributes The ideal candidate is: Commercially minded and results-driven.Creative, proactive and innovative.Highly organised with excellent project management skills.A confident communicator with exceptional relationship-building abilities.Professional, energetic and self-motivated.Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.Passionate about retail marketing and committed to delivering measurable results.About Word4Word Marketing Word4Word Marketing is one of South Africa's leading shopping centre marketing agencies, delivering strategic marketing, public relations, digital marketing and customer engagement solutions for a portfolio of shopping centres across South Africa.
