POSITION: LOAN OFFICER (CIVIL SERVANTS)Location: MalawiAbout Masters Finance LtdMasters Finance Ltd is a Deposit-Taking Microfinance Institution committed to expanding financial inclusion through innovative, customer-focused financial services powered by technology. As the institution prepares to transition into a commercial bank, it is seeking a motivated Loan Officer (Civil Servants) to join its growing team.Job OverviewPosition: Loan Officer (Civil Servants)Reports To: Credit OfficerThe Loan Officer (Civil Servants) will be responsible for marketing and selling financial products and services to civil servants, achieving sales targets, building long-term client relationships, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentMarket and sell financial products and services to civil servants.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for loans, accounts, and related products.Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned targets.Conduct outreach activities, institutional visits, and product presentations within government institutions.Customer Acquisition & Relationship ManagementIdentify, recruit, and onboard new civil servant clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.Follow up on leads and loan applications to ensure timely processing and customer satisfaction.Loan Application SupportAssist clients in completing loan application forms and gathering required documentation.Ensure all applications comply with Know Your Customer (KYC), due diligence, and institutional requirements.Submit completed applications for processing and monitor progress until completion.Reporting & ComplianceMaintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and loan applications.Prepare and submit regular sales performance and pipeline reports.Comply with ethical sales practices, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
