Responsible for teaching and mentoring undergraduate and postgraduate students, developing teaching materials, conducting research, supervising student research, supporting curriculum development, participating in academic meetings, and contributing to departmental activities. Requires a relevant Master’s and PhD from recognized institutions, with university teaching or research experience and strong teaching skills. The position is based in Meru and requires on-site work.

Reports to the Chair of Department.
Qualifications
- PhD in Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness management or any related field from an accredited and recognized University.
- Master’s Degree in Agricultural Economics/Agribusiness Management or its equivalent from an accredited and recognized University.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Economics/Agribusiness Management or its equivalent from a recognized University.
- KCSE Certificate or equivalent.
- At least three (3) years of teaching experience at University level.
- Membership with the relevant professional bodies as applicable.
