Key Responsibilities
Follow up with prospective and existing customers regarding the insurance product.
Provide customer service and respond to customer enquiries.
Support product promotion and customer engagement.
Maintain accurate records of customer follow-ups and feedback.
Assist the BDS team with other business development activities as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Insurance, Commerce or a related field is encouraged.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused, confident and proactive.
Ability to follow up consistently and work towards set targets.
Basic computer skills.
