Job description

1. Action the support requests of STADIO staff with respect to learning technology. Resolve requests received from staff via the support helpdesk.Direct non-relevant requests to the correct channels within the support helpdesk.Draft support aids in response to requests.Support and supervise live-streamed events.2. Action the training requests of STADIO staff with respect to learning technology. Prepare and facilitate training sessions as and when requested.Provide recommendations to the head: Instructional design on the need for support and training initiatives.3. Design and develop learning technology solutions. Build and populate course environment including blueprints and templates.Maintain and quality assure course environments.Develop and implement required features and functionality.Revise and refine existing structural elements including templates, checklists and documents.Maintain and curate version control of features and objects.4. Design and implement the specified quality assurance processes and measures. 5. Maintain data and provide reports on technology requests, training requests, student support and the relevant           tools/technologies deployed at STADIO. Use the data from reports to make recommendations for improvements to the academic delivery.Identify and report Institutional trends.6. Explore, evaluate and report back on new technology developments impacting the delivery of teaching, learning and assessment. Research new trends and technologies.7. Collaborate with academic staff to produce formal research outputs.
