A well-established and respected printing company based in the Sandton area is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join their growing studio team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated junior designer looking to build a long-term career within the printing and visual communications industry. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced designers and production teams, gaining valuable exposure to print production, branding, packaging, promotional material, and large-format design execution. Key Responsibilities Assist with the creation of artwork for brochures, flyers, packaging, promotional items, and other printed materialCollaborate with senior designers and project managers on client briefs and project requirementsPrepare artwork accurately according to print specifications and production standardsAmend and update artwork based on client and internal feedbackEnsure consistency across brand identities and visual communication projectsLiaise with print production teams to ensure quality and accuracy of final outputMaintain organised design files, templates, and artwork librariesMinimum requirements Qualification in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field advantageousProficiency in Adobe creative suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignBasic understanding of print production and printing processesStrong typography, layout, and visual communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressureAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsA portfolio showcasing creative and print-based design work is essentialIdeal candidate The ideal candidate is passionate about design, eager to learn, and looking to grow within a professional printing environment. Exposure to print, retail, POS, packaging, or branding projects will be advantageous.
