EspAfrika has an exciting opportunity for a proactive and highly organised Junior Administrative Assistant to support its operations within a dynamic events environment. This role is key to ensuring the efficient coordination of administrative and event-related activities, requiring strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
The Junior Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the administrative and operational functions of the business, including but not limited to:
Administrative support: Managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, coordination and general office administration.Event coordination: Assisting with the planning and execution of events.Stakeholder liaison: Acting as a point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders.Documentation: Preparing reports, presentations and maintaining accurate records and documentation.Operational support: Assisting with project-related and operational requirements as needed.How to apply:

Qualifications
Educational:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Events Management, Project Management, Business Administration or a related field (required)Experience:
1–2 years’ experience in an administrative or coordination role
