VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT@ YANA SECONDARY SCHOOL POSITION: HUMANITIES TEACHER Location: Ekwendeni Ng’ongo, Northern Region (School Premises) OVERVIEWYANA Secondary School is seeking qualified and committed teachers in Humanities, Sciences, and Languages to join its team in Ekwendeni Ng’ongo.KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Education.
- Registered with the Teachers Council of Malawi.
- 2–3 years’ teaching experience at secondary school level.
- Training/experience in Special Needs Education is an added advantage.
- Applicants should be from the Northern Region and willing to relocate/live within school premises.DUTIES:
- Teach assigned subject(s) in line with the secondary school curriculum.
- Plan and deliver engaging, learner centred lessons.
- Assess learner performance and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain accurate academic records.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment.
- Support learners’ academic, social, and personal development.
