VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT @ Early Stars AcademyPOSITION: Primary School TeacherLocation: Not SpecifiedOverviewEarly Stars Academy is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic Primary School Teacher to join its growing team. The successful candidate will create a positive, engaging, and learner-centred classroom environment that inspires academic excellence, creativity, and character development.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the curriculum and learners' needs.Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.Assess learners' progress and provide timely, constructive feedback.Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, teaching materials, and assessments.Promote positive behaviour, discipline, and respect in the classroom.Communicate effectively with parents regarding learners' progress and well-being.Collaborate with colleagues and the School Director to support school programmes and improve learning outcomes.Participate in staff meetings, professional development activities, and school events.Uphold the school's mission, vision, and values at all times.Qualifications & RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education or a related field.Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience at primary school level is an added advantage.Strong subject knowledge and ability to teach across the primary curriculum.Excellent classroom management and lesson planning skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Passion for teaching and nurturing learners' academic and personal growth.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Basic reporting, record-keeping, and communication skills (Email/WhatsApp).Fluency in spoken and written English.BenefitsCompetitive salary.Friendly and supportive working environment.Opportunity to grow with a young and promising school.Ongoing professional development.Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in learners' lives.How to ApplySubmit:Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)Short Cover LetterEmail: earlystars.schools@gmail.comApplication Deadline: 12th August 2026Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
