Job description
Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional membership with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) or HR certification
- Good knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience working in e Commerce, retail, logistics, or fast-paced operational environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the recruitment and selection process.
- Prepare job advertisements, shortlist candidates, and organize interviews
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, contracts, and ensure compliance with Kenyan labor laws and internal company policies.
- Support performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, attendance management, and workplace culture programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide HR support.
- Prepare HR reports and other administrative documentation.
