POSTED BY MVUNGI JOB MASTERVACANCY ANNOUNCEMENTORGANISATION: ILLOVO SUGAR (MALAWI) PLCPOSITION: HR CLERK (1 POSITION)Location: Dwangwa, Malawi Department: Human Resources Reports to: HR Services & Rewards Specialist Job Category: Permanent Application Deadline: Monday, 26 October 2026ABOUT THE POSITIONIllovo Sugar (Malawi) plc invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of HR Clerk at Dwangwa.The successful candidate will support human resources administration, maintain accurate employee records, assist with payroll data and HR reporting, and ensure the confidentiality and integrity of employee information.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCapture, manage and maintain accurate human resources information.Maintain organisational structures and ensure system and manual records are up to date.Consolidate employee recruitment and movement data for monthly payroll processing.Maintain up-to-date and confidential employee personal files.Update manpower requirements and track key workforce movements, including staffing complement, succession and retirements.Support the preparation of HR dashboards and reports.Participate in data quality audits, file reviews, register checks and verification exercises.Comply with regulatory and corporate governance standards for HR practices.Adhere to company policies and procedures, including SHERQ, Competition Law and Anti-Bribery and Corruption requirements.QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTSDiploma in Human Resources Management, Business Management or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.Knowledge of human resources processes.At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.HOW TO APPLYSubmit an application letter, detailed CV, copies of relevant certificates, details of traceable referees and a copy of your National ID to:The HR Mill Head Illovo Sugar (Malawi) plc P.O.
