Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome, seat guests, and manage restaurant traffic flow.
• Handle reservations and seamlessly assist the service team during peak hours.
• Interact with guests to ensure a positive dining experience and gather feedback.
• Maintain clean, organized seating arrangements and up-to-date menus.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Certificate in Food & Beverage Service or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in a fast- paced or fine-dining restaurant.
• Lively, outgoing personality with excellent personal grooming.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
