Job description

They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reservations and Revenue Intern to join their team for a one-year internship. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in hotel reservations, revenue management, and guest service within a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and build a career in hotel reservations and revenue management.
• Previous industrial attachment or internship experience in a hotel is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in processing and managing room reservations.
• Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
• Support revenue management activities, including rate updates and inventory control.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and guest profiles.
• Monitor booking trends and prepare basic reports.
• Liaise with the Front Office, Sales, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Reservations & Revenue Manager.
