Beta Care Hospital in Githunguri, Kiambu is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-oriented Hospital Manager to join our team and take a leading role in overseeing the operations of our healthcare facility.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the hospital while promoting high standards of patient care, staff performance, professionalism, and operational efficiency.
Key Requirements
1. Professional Qualification
The ideal candidate should be a Registered Nurse or Clinician with a recognized professional qualification and a valid practising licence.
2. Professional Experience
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of post-training experience, with demonstrated experience in leadership, supervision, or management.
3. Facility Oversight
The successful candidate should have the ability to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring efficient delivery of quality healthcare services and patient-centred care.
4. Facility Management Experience
Previous experience in overseeing or managing a healthcare facility of any size will be an added advantage.
5. Leadership & Professionalism

Key Responsibilities
The Hospital Manager will be expected to
