Job description

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow management
• Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts
• Support management with financial analysis and decision-making reports
• Maintain accurate financial records and internal controls
• Liaise with auditors, regulators, and financial institutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com)
• Certified Public Accountant – CPA (K)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hospital experience will be an added advantage
