Unlike traditional agencies, we don't produce live advertising shoots or photoshoots—our production happens through AI-powered creative workflows. Who are we looking for: We're looking for an exceptional Head of Creative to lead our creative team while remaining hands-on with creative execution. This is a player-coach role for someone who is passionate about design, innovation and AI, with the ability to mentor teams, drive creative excellence and shape the future of AI-powered content production. What will you do: Lead creative output across AI-generated key visuals, product imagery, social media, web, landing pages, email, CRM, paid media and integrated campaigns.Drive the creation of AI-generated packshots, product photography, product videos and high-volume creative adaptations across multiple brands and markets.Build and oversee premium brand identities, visual systems and creative standards for beauty, skincare, wellness and consumer brands.Lead evergreen content production across social, email, CRM and digital channels.Remain hands-on with creative direction and design while mentoring and developing a high-performing creative team.Champion AI-first creative workflows, integrating emerging technologies into day-to-day production.Oversee quality across websites, landing pages, presentations, marketing collateral, event assets and digital content.Present creative concepts to clients, manage feedback, and ensure work delivers against commercial and marketing objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve creative processes and operational efficiency.What do you need: 10+ years' experience in a creative agency, including experience as a Creative Director, Head of Creative, or similar leadership role.A portfolio demonstrating AI-generated commercial work, including key visuals, digital campaigns and creative assets.Proven experience using AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Veo, Flux, ComfyUI, or similar.Experience creating AI-generated key visuals, product imagery, packshots, product videos, and digital marketing assets.Strong experience in branding, visual identity systems, digital campaigns, social media, paid media, web and CRM.Experience leading and mentoring creative teams in a fast-paced agency environment.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.Excellent typography, layout, composition and branding skills.Strong commercial awareness, presentation skills and stakeholder management.Passion for innovation, AI and the future of creative production.If you are excited about leading an AI-first creative studio and pushing the boundaries of what's possible in modern content creation, we would love to hear from you.
