Job description

JOB PURPOSEManaging the implementation and execution of new business programs, projects and products to add value to Airtel Money business by assisting in development of platforms for digitization of value chain payments in order to improve Airtel Money’s market position and achieve financial growth.RESPONSIBILITIESTHE ROLE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:1. Airtel Money ecosystem development by designing mobile solutions for partners:Sourcing, on boarding and managing corporate customers to onboard usage of Airtel Money products and services like bulk payment and cash collection solutionsDevelopment of the Airtel money ecosystem by recruitment of formal and informal merchant to enable AM customers transact with easeEnsuring availability of business partners in areas for ease of client participation in digital financeStrengthening business participation for agri-business partners to assist in servicing needs of rural markets2. Execution of new business products in digitization of value chain payments:Identifying innovative ideas and new business opportunities by assisting business partners in the commercial agro-industry to utilize mobile paymentsScreening potential business partnerships by analyzing market strategies, industry requirements, growth potential, and financial rewards for Airtel Money3. Identification of new business opportunities within Airtel Money market:Pitching of AM products and services to potential partners to move them from customers to clientsDeveloping quotes and proposals for potential clients on customized AM products and servicesExecution of integrations for new venture with company strategies and operationsExamining risks and potentials for new business venturesEstimating partners’ needs and goals and then developing products and services for mutual benefits4. Research, design and development of new AM products to strengthen business partnerships:In collaboration with strategic partners, conduct design research in financial behaviors of target market segments to design products and services that provide mobile solutions to clientsWorking with the OPS and Products Manager in designing and developing revenue generating products for our customers5. Management of the Mobile Agriculture service:Ensuring availability, scalability and sustainability of the Mobile agriculture serviceUploading dynamic content on mAgri to increase repeat usage of the serviceMonitoring, and evaluating the mAgri service and implement service improvements as necessary to maintain and increase number of users6. Transforming of rural mAgri customers to revenue generating Airtel Money clients:Developing a mobile platform for AM new acquisitions to increase revenue earning customersDeveloping an mAgri mobile financial service for rural customers to transact with business development services7. Client retention:Presenting new products and services and enhance existing relationships with clientsWorking with technical/operations staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needsArranging and participating in internal and external client debriefsQUALIFICATIONSBachelors Degree in Business Administration from a reputable recognized University, its equivalent or related disciplinesThree to five years’ experience proven track record in corporate sales.Experience in digital solutions will be an added advantageExperience in corporate relationship management and B2B sales is essentialApplication link: https://erey.fa.em3.oraclecloud.com/hcmUI/CandidateExperience/en/sites/CX/job/904
