Job description We are seeking a reliable and experienced Gluing Machine Operator to operate and maintain a folder gluer machine in our printing and packaging production environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring cartons are folded and glued accurately according to customer specifications while maintaining high quality standards and production targets. Key responsibilities Set up and operate the folder gluer machine for different carton designs and production runsMonitor machine performance during production to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiencyConduct quality checks on finished cartons to ensure proper folding, alignment, and bondingAdjust machine settings when required to accommodate different jobs or correct issuesComplete required production documentation and job sign-offsPerform routine machine maintenance and report mechanical faults or issuesEnsure proper feeding of materials and smooth machine operationMaintain cleanliness and safety around the machine and work areaReport any delays, defects, or production issues to the supervisorFollow all PPE and safety requirements at all timesWork collaboratively with team members to meet production targetsSkills and requirements Experience operating a folder gluer or carton gluing machine in the printing or packaging industryStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality standardsAbility to set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machine settingsGood understanding of carton folding and gluing processesAbility to work under production targets and deadlinesBasic machine maintenance knowledgeGood communication and teamwork skillsAbility to maintain accurate production recordsStrong work ethic and reliability
