Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for printers, multifunctional devices, and PC hardware/software issues. Perform hardware repair and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal device performance. Support server hardware and Windows Server operating systems, including network basics such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and Wi-Fi. Maintain accurate documentation of all support interactions, repairs, and inventory within the CRM system. Manage inventory related to technical support and repairs.
Qualifications
and Experience Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Computer Science. 1 to 3 years of experience in technical support, field service, or help desk roles. Proven expertise in troubleshooting and repairing printers and multifunctional devices. Strong understanding of server hardware, Windows Server OS, and fundamental networking concepts. Proficiency in diagnosing PC hardware and software issues, including Windows OS and Microsoft 365 Suite. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Certifications such as Cisco, CompTIA A+, Network+ or manufacturer-specific credentials (e.g., HP, HPE, Dell) are highly advantageous.
