VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT@ HASHTAG FITNESS POSITION: FRONT DESK PERSONNELLocation: Blantyre OVERVIEW Are you high-energy, organized, and passionate about fitness? Hashtag Fitness is looking for a vibrant Front Desk Personnel to join our team!We aren’t just a gym—we’re a premier fitness and padel community, and we need a face for our front desk who can keep the energy high and the operations smooth.Shift: 8 hours a day, 6 days a week (flexibility for weekends/evenings).Competitive base salary + applicable overtime pay.Free gym membership.Duties
- Greet members and check in gym-goers.
- Manage padel court bookings and rentals.
- Handle membership sign-ups and inquiries.
- Keep the reception area looking presentable.What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly, outgoing personality with great communication skills.
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Business Administration/Sports Management.
- Atleast 3 years experience in a similar position.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
