Job description

Requirements:  Bachelor of commerce (BCom) in finance or accounting is essential.Ability to administer and execute instructions from receipt to conclusion with minimal supervision.Availability to work extended hours during the month-end period.Legal or professional services Industry experience is preferred. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain matter creditors.Capture and reconcile cash books.Assist with investments when required.Assist with petty cash.Assist in month-end procedures.Maintain financial files and records.Assist the manager with departmental matters when required.Attend to telephonic and email queries and requests.Assist with other departmental responsibilities as required.Skills required: Credit ManagementFinancial ManagementMicrosoft OutlookMS ExcelMS WordPetty CashReconciliationsInvestment AdministrationCash Book ProcessingFinancial Administration
