Role summary Our client is expanding its footprint in KwaZulu-Natal and is looking for a driven External Sales Person to grow their presence across Durban and the surrounding region. You’ll spend your days on the road, building relationships with contractors, architects, developers, and retail partners, and introducing the brand to new sites and showrooms. Key responsibilities Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities across Durban and KZN.Build and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, designers, and developers.Conduct site visits, product presentations, and showroom walkthroughs.Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales proposals.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Report on pipeline, competitor activity, and market trends.Coordinate with internal sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.Represent the brand professionally at trade events and client meetings.Minimum requirements Grade 12 (matric).Minimum 3 years’ external/field sales experience, building materials or décor industry preferred.Established network of contractors, architects, or developers in KZN advantageous.Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.What we offer Competitive basic salary plus commission structure.Training and development opportunities.Career growth within a well-established, growing brand.A values-driven team culture built on respect and craftsmanship.How to apply Send your CV to [[cvs@geestalent.com]] with the subject line "External Sales Person Application – [Your Name]".
