Job description

To equip participants with practical skills to mobilize resources, manage finances accountably, plan strategically, and meet donor requirements.
- Qualification & Experience Required:
- Master’s degree in development studies, Business Administration, Finance, Project Management or related field. Bachelor’s with 10+ years experience will be considered.
- Minimum 7 years proven experience facilitating similar trainings for NGOs
- Proven track record in successful proposal writing with evidence of proposals funded
- Strong knowledge of donor compliance and financial management for non-profits
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Member of relevant professional body is an added advantage
- 3 references and sample training materials from previous assignments
