Events and Activations Account Manager Location: Hybrid – 3 days remote, 2 days in-office Reports to: Sales Manager Your mission To drive repeat business and revenue through outstanding event activations. You’ll manage end-to-end client relationships for experiential campaigns—from ideation to post-event analysis—delivering consistent, polished results that clients return for. Outcomes (12-Month Scorecard) Close R15–R32 million in campaign revenue from new and existing clientsDeliver 20+ successful events, each meeting timing, budget, and quality KPIsMaintain 90%+ client satisfaction and retention from event clientsBuild and manage a portfolio of 4+ high-value, active event clientsDevelop and manage repeatable event templates and processes that reduce lead time and costsKey responsibilities: Pitch, plan, and manage national and regional event activationsOversee all logistics: venue, permits, staffing, production, and live executionOwn the client relationship: brief, proposal, execution, and post-event reportingPartner with internal teams to deliver high-quality events under pressureEnsure delivery on brand objectives, footfall targets, and visual excellenceManage budgets, supplier negotiations, and margin controlLead or contribute to the centre court and retail eventing strategyStay plugged into eventing trends, tech, and tools that enhance brand impactPerks: Hybrid working: 3 days remote, 2 in-officeWork with household brands on high-visibility campaignsJoin a team that delivers excellence without the dramaAttractive commission structure and long-term career growthWhy this role exists This is not just another job. Requirements

What you’ll need 5+ years’ experience in events, activations, brand experience or shopper marketingA proven track record of hitting sales/revenue targets in a client-facing roleExperience in end-to-end event production, including supplier and logistics managementStrong project management and multitasking skillsExcellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilityBonus: Background in centre court activations, mall campaigns, or beauty brands
