We are recruiting an Email Marketing Intern on behalf of a client based in Kikuyu, Kiambu County. Male candidates are strongly encouraged to apply to support gender balance.
Location: Kikuyu, Kiambu County
Stipend: KES 14,000/month
Must reside in Kikuyu or nearby areas
Key Responsibilities
Send outreach and promotional emails to prospective clients using provided contact lists
Respond to email inquiries professionally and promptly
Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication where necessary
Keep records of sent emails, responses, and client interactions
Support the team in nurturing potential client relationships
Ensure all communication reflects the company’s brand and professionalism
Assist in organising and updating email databases and contact lists
Work closely with the team to improve outreach effectiveness
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional email etiquette and attention to detail.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with email platforms.
Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.
Must be willing to work full-time from the office.
