Accountabilities & Responsibilities Monitoring and setting driver KPIs, including transit time, speed violations and convoy management. Managing driver profiles and ensuring compliance with documentation in accordance with company SOPs, RTSA regulations, and cross-border requirements. Supervising driver behavior and ensuring training aligns with Company standards. Maintaining accurate driver records. Implementing effective driver discipline and performance monitoring. Supporting driver retention initiatives. Upholding high-level Safety Standards. Education, Skills & Qualifications At least 2 years of proven work experience in logistics, managing a team. Minimum of a Diploma in Logistics or a related field.
