MUMANGI CONSTRUCTION CO. LTD is a fast-growing and reputable company in the construction and building materials sector in Tanzania. As part of our expansion in Mwanza, we are seeking qualified, competent, and highly motivated professionals to join our team in the following position:

TRANSPORT & LOGISTICS OFFICER

QUALIFICATIONS (SIFA ZA MWOMBAJI)

1. Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Transport & Logistics, Procurement & Supplies, Supply Chain Management.

2. Uzoefu wa kazi kuanzia miaka 2-3 katika field ya transport and logistics in construction company.

3. Uelewa wa vehicle management, fuel control, fleet maintenance na transportation planning.

4. Uwezo wa kutunza records za magari na kuandaa reports za matumizi ya magari.

5. Uwezo mzuri wa mawasiliano na coordination kati ya madereva, mahitaji ya site na management ya ofisi.

6. Uelewa wa health, safety na Road transport regulations za magari.

MAJUKUMU (RESPONSIBILITIES)

1. Kupanga na kuratibu usafirishaji wa magari yote kila siku kwenda kwa wateja, site za constructions na sehemu zenye uhitaji kwa wakati.

2. Kusimamia movement na matumizi yote ya magari kama (mafuta, spare na posho za madereva) ya truck, pickups, excavators, loaders, cranes na machinery nyingine za kampuni.

3. Kupanga service, maintenance na repairs za magari yote ya kampuni.

4. Kufuatilia expiry ya insurance, road licence, inspection na vehicle documents.

5. Kusimamia na kufuatilia madereva na kuhakikisha wanafuata ratiba na taratibu za kampuni.

6. Kutunza records za trip sheets, delivery notes, fuel records, vehicle logs na maintenance records.

7. Kufuatilia breakdowns na kuhakikisha magari/mashine zinapata matengenezo kwa haraka.

8. Kudhibiti na kupunguza gharama za fuel, transportation, repairs na unnecessary fine za madereva barabarani.
