Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell First Capital Bank’s products and services to new and existing customers. Follow up on leads generated from field activities to maximize sales opportunities. Prepare and submit accurate sales applications in a timely manner. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Develop sales plans and schedules to consistently meet and exceed targets.
Qualifications
and Experience Minimum of Grade 12 GCE Certificate. At least one year of proven sales experience, preferably in retail or financial services. Essential
Skills
Demonstrated retail sales expertise. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Strong interpersonal
