We are looking for a Digital Reporting Analyst to join our team and take ownership of digital campaign reporting and performance analysis across our websites, newsletters, social media platforms and banner advertising campaigns.
The successful candidate will be responsible for turning campaign data into clear, accurate and meaningful reports and insights for internal teams and clients.
Key responsibilitiesCompile weekly, monthly and campaign-end digital performance reports.Gather and consolidate data from multiple digital platforms.Analyse campaign performance and identify trends and opportunities.Provide meaningful insights and recommendations based on campaign results.Create professional, client-facing reports, presentations and performance summaries.Maintain reporting templates, databases, spreadsheets and historical campaign data.Ensure accuracy, consistency and integrity of reporting data.Work closely with production, sales and editorial teams.Support client reporting requirements and ad hoc reporting requests.Minimum requirements
EducationDiploma or degree in marketing, digital marketing, statistics or a related field.ExperienceMinimum 3 years' experience in digital reporting, media reporting or campaign analysis.Experience working with website and social media analytics.Experience creating client-facing reports and presentations.Technical skills
