About the role: We’re looking for a strategic and client-focused Junior Key Account Manager to nurture and grow our business relationships. You’ll act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success. Key responsibilities: Manage and grow relationships with key accountsAchieving monthly regional sales budget by key account.Managing 3rd party sales and merchandising agencies through monthly meetings and reporting thereofUnderstand client needs and propose tailored solutionsCollaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional serviceMonitor account performance and prepare regular reportsIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunitiesRequirements: Proven experience in account management or B2B salesStrong interpersonal and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritiesCommercial acumen and strategic thinkingGood communication skills
