Contexte et environnement Time sensitive, Highly proactive: ensure daily updates Understanding client needs adhere to Company procedures Understanding customer contracts and terms, Understanding TotalEnergies attitude and be customer focus Activités LUBRICANTS Receive and process Customers orders on time Follow up delivery to customers at Warehouse depot Advising payment in customers account on time, ensure ZERO UNRECEIPTED. Complete billing of all consumption/supplies at our consignment stock centers. Follow up to ensure strategic customers in all regions are fully supplied and billed. Reconcile lubricants stock sheet in all consignment stock centers on monthly basis Follow up payments of Lubricants invoices and participate in reconciliation of customer accounts. Handling Debit/credit notes as they arise Control of pending customers’ orders in SAP on daily basis Participate in any marketing activity to improve the sales and profitability of the company Any other duties assigned by Head of Department Close relationship with Lubricant Engineers, Lubricant team at Lubes depot, Finance & Supply Team. Profil du candidat University degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Engineering Minimum of two years work experience and preferably in petroleum industry Knowledge in MS Office package + SAP system Experience in marketing and selling skills.
