This role is designed for junior professionals who can effectively handle multiple functions across different departments, including Procurement, Sales, Administration, and Operations. The ideal candidate is resourceful, quick to learn, and eager to take on diverse responsibilities as needed within the organisation. Responsibilities Execute assigned tasks efficiently across different departments, including sales, procurement, inventory management, and supplier negotiations. Manage and improve office operations, coordinate internal processes, and ensure compliance with company policies. Engage with colleagues across the companies, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Track progress on assigned projects, prepare reports, and analyse data. What to Bring to the Job Bachelor's degree in any business-related or equivalent field. Ability to shift seamlessly between roles and take on new challenges with little supervision. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Good communication skills in English and Swahili to interact with internal and external stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines and company standards. Ability to collaborate across departments and work well in diverse teams.
