To provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their banking needs in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. To resolve general banking queries, promote banking products and services, and ensure a seamless branch experience. To capture and update customer information, promote digital banking solutions and support the branch in achieving service excellence and operational efficiency.
