Position Overview

Zanaco Bank Plc is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the following job aimed at contributing to the Bank’s strategic vision, in the CEO’s Division under the Marketing at Head Office – Support Functions:

Role Description

Job Purpose: To create high-quality, impactful visual content that brings the Zanaco brand to life across campaigns, digital platforms, branch branding, internal communications, events and sales materials. The role will work closely with the Bank’s contracted creative agency, ensuring speed, consistency and strong execution across all creative requirements.

Job Responsibilities

· Develop creative concepts and visual solutions for marketing, product, brand and internal communication campaigns.

· Design digital and print assets, including social media content, presentations, brochures, posters, flyers, branch branding and promotional materials.

· Adapt creative assets for different channels, formats and audiences while maintaining brand consistency.

· Support photography, videography, basic motion graphics and content production where required.

· Manage multiple briefs in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality or attention to detail.

· Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies and AI-assisted creative tools.

• • Carry out additional responsibilities aligned to the role and organisational needs as directed by management.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

· Full Grade 12 Certificate with 5 Credits including English & Mathematics.

· Diploma/Diploma or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Digital Arts or a related creative course.

· Strong portfolio of recent creative work.

· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

Added Advantage

· Experience in a creative, design, advertising or marketing environment.

· Video editing, animation, photography or motion graphics capability.

· Experience working with established brands or creative agencies.
