Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide expert product recommendations. Sales Generation: Process transactions accurately, handle cash and digital payments, and actively promote special offers to meet daily/monthly sales targets. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels on the showroom floor, restock shelves, and assist with regular stock counts. Store Maintenance: Ensure the counter area, display shelves, and overall showroom are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Qualifications

Requirements
Minimum of a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) or a diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar front-facing role. Excellent communication
skills
in English and Chichewa. Strong basic math
skills
