Job description

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients using various culinary techniques (sautéing, broiling, baking, etc.)

  • Check ingredient freshness and ensure meals meet standards for taste and visual presentation

  • Maintain a spotless workspace, sterilize utensils, and strictly adhere to health and safety codes

  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, store excess food properly, and assist with ordering supplies

  • Work alongside other kitchen staff and helpers to coordinate food service delivery

  • Adhere to all food safety sanitation guidelines



Requirements

  • At least 2 years of work experience

  • Minimum education: High school diploma

  • Excellent culinary skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to follow recipes and cooking techniques

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
