Job description
Sales Jobs, Kenya Builders & Concrete Co. Ltd Jobs. Client Solutions Advisor assesses customer requirements, recommends tailored concrete/building solutions, and manages client relationships, requires a Construction or Business Degree and 2+ years technical sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in customers, understand requirements and recommend suitable building materials.
- Prospect for new customers through referrals, cold calling, site visits, online research, social media, networking events, trade shows, inbound inquiries and other approved methods.
- Educate customers on product benefits, pricing and applications.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Kenya Builders’ retail product range.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Process orders, generate quotations and log transactions accurately in HubSpot CRM.
- Keep retail displays organised, stocked and visually appealing.
- Support stock control, inventory updates and product-availability monitoring.
- Log all customer interactions, sales and inquiries in HubSpot CRM.
- Follow up open quotations and pending orders to closure.
- Collaborate with the Telesales Team to convert inbound leads into in-store sales.
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate where necessary.
- Build long-term relationships with repeat customers.
- Work with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order fulfilment.
Key Outputs
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain positive customer feedback and minimal complaints.
- Advise customers accurately on suitable products.
- Ensure 100% of sales interactions are logged in HubSpot.
- Maintain organised, well-stocked retail displays.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales/customer-facing roles, preferably construction, hardware or retail.
- Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and basic POS systems.
