Client Associate – Presentation and Design Specialist

Who are we? Our client is a well-established organisation operating within the financial services sector, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions to its clients. They are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented Client Associate who is passionate about creating polished, professional presentations and client-facing materials. What will you do? Create, update and maintain professional presentation templates and master documents Prepare client presentations based on meeting requirements and briefsDevelop and format slides, charts, tables and other visual contentWork with internal teams to obtain and verify information used in presentationsEnsure information, calculations, charts and supporting content are accurateApply consistent formatting and corporate brand standards across all materialsMake amendments and updates following internal reviews and feedbackAssist with the preparation and formatting of reports, fact sheets and marketing materialsManage multiple presentation requests and deadlines, particularly during busy reporting periodsLiaise with various internal stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and delivered accuratelyAssist with uploading and distributing client documentationSupport design, branding and process-improvement initiativesIdentify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve efficiency and quality controlWhat do you need? 2–3+ years' experience in a presentation, design, marketing, financial services or similar role a relevant bachelor's degree in finance, business, marketing, design or a related field is advantageousAdvanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills – essentialAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including charts, tables, data manipulation and formattingProven experience producing professional, client-facing presentationsWorking knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar design toolsExperience working with content management or document distribution platforms is advantageousAn understanding of financial information, data and business terminologyExcellent written English and strong grammar skillsExceptional attention to detail and strong quality-control abilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent organisation and time-management skillsComfortable managing multiple priorities and working to tight deadlinesProfessional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different teamsExperience using AI tools to improve workflows, automate repetitive tasks or enhance quality and accuracy will be advantageousIf you're highly detail-oriented, confident with PowerPoint and Excel, and enjoy turning complex information into polished, professional presentations, we'd love to hear from you.
