Hilaal TV is looking for an exceptional CEO to drive its next phase of growth.
We are seeking a commercially driven, entrepreneurial, and values-led executive with the leadership ability to turn ambition into execution and results.
Reporting to the Board, the CEO will be accountable for executing the Board-approved strategy and delivering sustainable growth and organisational performance.

Drive revenue growth and financial sustainabilityBuild a powerful advertising, sponsorship and commercial engineDevelop new revenue streams and strategic partnershipsGrow Hilaal TV’s audience, reach and digital presenceDeliver compelling and differentiated contentDrive digital and platform transformationBuild and lead a high-performance teamEnsure disciplined financial and operational managementMaintain strong governance, accountability and stakeholder relationshipsThe person
Someone who:
Has operated successfully at a senior executive or general management levelHas a strong commercial track recordUnderstands how to build revenue and grow organisationsCan translate strategy into measurable executionIs entrepreneurial, decisive and performance-drivenCan attract, develop and lead exceptional peopleHas strong financial and operational acumenCommands credibility with boards, partners, advertisers and other stakeholdersDemonstrates high levels of integrity and sound judgementExperience in media, broadcasting, digital platforms or related sectors will be advantageous, but exceptional leadership and commercial capability are paramount.
