Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Marketing, promotion and sale of credit solutions.
- Recruitment of customers and conducting loan appraisals.
- Ensure loan repayment follow-ups and deliver good quality book.
- Remain a good risk manager with good portfolio quality and high customer retention.
- Prepare monthly performance reports.
Minimum Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration/Management, Banking, Co-operative Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
- Experience in micro business and logbook lending for at least 2 years.
- Good experience in sales, marketing, and portfolio management.
- Computer literate.
- Able to work within a team set-up and meet deadlines.
- Passionate about credit and with a high degree of integrity.
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- High degree of integrity and confidentiality.
