Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for the creative industry? Do you have the drive to grow brands, build partnerships, and generate business opportunities? If so, Sarakasi Trust invites you to join our team as a Marketing Lead.
At Sarakasi Trust, you\'ll play a key role in promoting our performing arts programmes, expanding our market reach, strengthening our brand, and driving commercial growth while contributing to our mission of empowering artists and transforming lives through the arts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic and tactical sales and marketing plans to achieve organizational business and promotional targets.
Drive revenue growth by forecasting sales opportunities and increasing the profitability of cultural programmes and artiste management.
Identify, engage, and convert prospective clients into long-term business partners.
Develop and execute marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness and audience engagement across target markets.
Work closely with the PR and Social Media Officer to maintain a strong public image through media relations, press releases, publications, and promotional events.
Lead business development initiatives, manage artiste contracts, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years experience in marketing, business development, or sales, preferably within the creative, events, or entertainment industry.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
Strong business development, lead generation, sales, and client relationship management skills.
Excellent communication, networking, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Experience in digital marketing and content creation will be an added advantage.
