Reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment are essential. General Helper: This role involves supporting tradesmen by mixing concrete, carrying materials, and assisting with various on-site tasks. While no formal experience is required, previous site exposure is advantageous. Candidates should be physically fit and eager to learn new skills.
