This is a leadership role for someone who lives and breathes social-first creativity, has an exceptional eye for design and storytelling, and knows how to inspire teams to produce work that stands out. You'll be passionate about creating meaningful content, shaping creative standards and ensuring every piece of work reflects the highest level of craft. What will you do:Lead the creative direction across global social media channels. Champion outstanding design, storytelling and creative execution.Develop and evolve visual identity standards for social content.Guide creative teams, agencies and stakeholders to deliver best-in-class work.Ensure consistency across campaigns, markets and platforms.Review creative work and provide clear, constructive feedback.Build frameworks, templates and best practices to improve creative output.Partner with brand and creative teams to deliver impactful campaigns.Stay ahead of social, design and content trends.What do you need: Proven experience leading creative for social media at brand or agency level.A strong portfolio showcasing social-first creative work.Excellent understanding of visual identity, branding and design systems.Experience across static, motion and video content.Strong creative leadership and stakeholder management skills.Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for quality.Ability to inspire teams and elevate creative standards.Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.A genuine passion for sport and social media would be highly advantageous.
