Career Opportunity | Branch Sales Manager
Tyre King Enterprises Limited is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Branch Sales Manager to join our leadership team at our Head Office in Lusaka.
This newly created senior leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of branch-generated revenue across our nationwide network. Reporting directly to the Directors, the successful candidate will lead and develop our Branch Managers, drive sales performance, strengthen customer engagement, and deliver sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage all Branch Managers across the Tyre King branch network.
• Drive branch revenue and gross margin performance through effective sales leadership and coaching.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to improve conversion rates, cross-selling, and customer experience.
• Monitor branch performance through regular field visits, performance reviews, and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to convert marketing-generated leads into sales opportunities.
• Ensure consistent implementation of approved pricing strategies and sales processes across all branches.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have
✔ A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Retail Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
✔ A minimum of five years’ experience managing multi-site retail or branch sales operations.
✔ Demonstrated success in leading geographically dispersed teams and delivering revenue growth.
✔ Strong analytical capabilities and experience using ERP systems such as Business Central and reporting tools like Power BI.
✔ A valid Zambian driver’s licence and the ability to travel extensively.
