Viscar Industrial Capacity Jobs. Looking for an HR job in Kenya? Viscar Industrial Capacity is recruiting a BDM – Engineering Talent & Managed Services position. Proficiency in business development, recruitment, and managed services is required.Viscar Industrial Capacity Limited is seeking dynamic, commercially driven, and innovative professionals to champion our business growth across engineering, safety, ICT, emerging technologies, and managed services sectors.The Business Development Managers will be responsible for driving revenue growth, client acquisition, market expansion, strategic partnerships, and business development initiatives within their respective business units.
